Information we collect

When you make a reservation, request a large table, join Lou’s list or the Birthday Club, submit a private dining, catering, careers or contact form, place an order or purchase a gift card, we collect the information you provide—such as your name, email address, mobile number, party details, occasion, birthday month, dietary notes and any message you include.

Our website may also collect standard technical information (browser type, pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address) through cookies and analytics tools to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

To manage reservations, large-party requests, orders and event inquiries, and to communicate about them
To operate Lou’s list and the Birthday Club and send communications you’ve opted into

Email and text messages

Where you provide consent, we may send email and SMS messages about reservations, menus, events, the Birthday Club and offers. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing email via the unsubscribe link in any message, and of SMS by replying STOP at any time. Transactional messages (such as reservation confirmations and pickup notifications) may still be sent.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to operate reservations, ordering, gift cards, guest communications, payment processing and analytics. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. Delivery marketplaces (such as DoorDash and Uber Eats) operate independently.
