By using louamaris.com you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Content on this site—text, photography, logos and design—belongs to Lou Amari’s and may not be reproduced without permission.

Reservations

Reservation and large-party requests are confirmed by our host team or reservation system. Standard reservations have a 15-minute grace period. Parties of 6–8 may require a card to secure Friday and Saturday reservations and designated peak dates; late cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours may be charged $25 per guest as disclosed at booking. Large parties of 9–14 may require a family-style menu or deposit on certain dates. Seating requests are preferences and cannot be guaranteed. Menus, prices and hours are subject to change.

Online ordering and delivery

Direct online orders are subject to the ordering platform’s terms. Availability, fees, pickup times and service areas vary and are shown at checkout. Orders placed through third-party marketplaces are governed by those services.

Gift cards

Gift cards are redeemable for food and beverage at Lou Amari’s and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Lost or stolen cards may not be replaceable. Balance, expiration and replacement terms are governed by the gift-card provider and applicable law.

Private events and catering

Private events and catering orders are governed by a separate signed agreement, which controls deposits, minimums, service charges, guest counts and cancellation terms.

Lou’s list and the Birthday Club

Membership is free and benefits are subject to current program terms, which may change. Birthday offers are dine-in, one per member per year, valid for the window stated in the offer, and cannot be combined with other complimentary offers.
