We recommend reaching out 2–6 weeks ahead. Shorter-notice events are often possible—just ask. Private dining is for parties of 15 or more. Groups of 9–14 can request a large table in the main dining room instead. Or email events@louamaris.com.

Submitting an inquiry doesn’t hold a date. Events are confirmed with a signed agreement and deposit.

Good to know

A signed agreement and deposit confirm private events. Final guest counts are due five business days before the event. Food-and-beverage minimums, service charges and cancellation terms are confirmed by our events team and included in the event agreement.

Do you have private dining?

Yes. Private spaces accommodate intimate dinners through receptions of approximately 100, with full buyouts available.

Do you cater?

Yes. Pickup, delivery and full-service catering are available.

Can I host a rehearsal dinner?

Absolutely. The Amari Room seats 28 and the Sinatra Room seats 48, and the two combine for up to 80 seated. Our events team will help match the room to your guest list.

Can I bring a birthday cake?

Usually, with advance notice. Our standard cake-cutting fee is $3 per guest—or let us bake Lou’s Celebration Cake for the table.
